After years of searching for the perfect local barley, we've mastered traditional floor malting, adding artisan malt to our craftsmanship. Now, we're experimenting with local and eco-friendly alternatives to peat in our first test batches, though it'll be years before our whisky hits the market, you can already enjoy the road towards it with us.
