This week, we had the privilege of traveling to Futaleufú, a unique corner of Patagonia, to conduct a special training session with the hospitality team at Uman Lodge. This luxury hotel, located in the breathtaking Fundo La Confluencia, is a true haven for those who seek nature and exclusivity.
