Tasting Notes
Nose
The noble and delicate spirit of our gin, forged in copper and caressed by fire, stands out for its remarkable notes of Patagonian lands.
In this region, minerals and rain imbue the air with the famous petrichor, creating a unique sensory experience.
Among these aromas, the pronounced herbal note of Tepa, one of our botanicals, stands out, accompanied by a distinctive floral touch.
Finally, the citrusy flavors of yellow lemon and pink grapefruit wrap around the particular juniper we use, creating a harmony of aromas that will delight even the most critical and experienced noses.
Taste
In the mouth, one perceives a light yet silky alcohol that envelops every corner of the palate.
This experience reveals the complexity of a unique herbal profile, a living testament to the southern lands.
Sweet notes appear like bright flashes, derived from hand-selected Patagonian berries, contributing to the exceptional balance of the finely chosen botanicals in our recipe.
Finish
A long finish with a lingering citrus note that culminates the unique journey on our palate, complementing the previously identified notes.
Tepaluma is described as a gin with herbal and earthy notes, a distinctive sweetness, and an unparalleled citrusy finish.
