Yet bringing the Spirit of the Forest beyond our borders requires much more than a great recipe, it requires partners who share our vision, our values, and our commitment to excellence.

Tepaluma is born from the union of two native trees from Southern Chile: the Tepa and the Luma. Both are part of Patagonia’s temperate rainforest and have accompanied the lives of those who inhabit this land for generations. Some details may seem small, yet they hold enormous stories. In our logo, brand identity, and across all our bottles and products, the water drop above the “T” is not there simply as part of the design. It represents the origin of everything, a deep search for a place where water, nature, and time could come together to create spirits with true meaning.

Some dreams are born quickly. Others require time, territory, and patience. When we arrived in Chile in 2015, we were not looking to create a gin. We came searching for water. Pure and wild water to one day create the whisky we had always dreamed of making. That purpose is still very much alive.

In November 2025, we experienced one of the most meaningful nights in Tepaluma’s history. The launch of Tepaluma Gin Aged “Spirit of the Caesars”, held together with Gran Calafate, not only marked the official unveiling of our very first aged gin, but also became a deeply significant moment for our community. Surrounded by cocktails, conversations, and emotion, we wanted that evening to leave behind more than just memories.

From the legendary Carretera Austral, in the heart of Chilean Patagonia, Tepaluma® continues to strengthen its premium spirits portfolio with the launch of a new product that marks an important milestone for the distillery: Tepaluma Mini Trio, an elegant collector’s box that brings together, for the first time, its three iconic spirits in 50 ml format.

In September 2025, Forbes Brasil published an article that marked an inflection point for Chilean spirits. It highlighted how Chile was beginning to expand its international presence beyond wine, driven by a new generation of premium distillates born in Patagonia, with a clear focus on strategic markets such as Brazil. Today, we revisit that publication because its relevance has not only endured, but continues to grow stronger.

In March, we lived an unforgettable experience in the heart of Patagonia, a moment where nature, origin, and emotion came together in a way that is hard to put into words.

Summer 2026 began quietly. January brought high temperatures, yet the rhythm was slow, serene, almost introspective. Patagonia moved at its own pace and so did we. Then February shifted the energy: even longer days, clear skies, and those sunsets only Aysén knows how to gift. With them came renewed movement, visits, conversations, and that special vibration created when people choose to travel to the end of the world to discover a real story.

The launch of Tepaluma® Aged Gin, Spirit of the Césares, was not merely the presentation of a new product; it was the celebration of a dream cultivated among mountains, endless rains, and the indomitable force of Patagonia. Behind every drop of this oak-aged gin lies a slow, meticulous process guided by patience, passion, and the deep conviction that great treasures are not found they are built.
